Tough night for our intrepid Brewers, who started quickly but ended up losing to the Mariners 19-6 this evening at a very sloppy Wilson Park in Shoreview. While our Brew Crew had some good moments, things didn't go very well especially in the 3rd inning, when the Mariners were able to put together a very big inning. Ben reached base one time and stole a base but did not have any chances in the field, playing mostly at 3rd base.
The loss puts our lads' record at 1-3. They will not play again until next Tuesday, when they take on the Cubs in a 6:30 p.m. tilt at Perry Park. Count on Mr. Dilettante to provide you with continuing coverage of exciting SAYB American League action!
