It appears to me to be a description of the Obama program, taking us all for a ride but leaving us in a stupor of apathy brought on by a sense of helplessness in being able to do anything to stop it.

i'd say stinger likes 'big balls'.

I like your theory, NW!

Gino, I don't whether Stinger likes "Big Balls" or not, and it's not a matter of inquiry that I'm likely to pursue any time soon. But that ain't the song.

Favorite bad song? Hmm..."Complete Control?"

I miss Stinger updating his blog (well, more frequently)!

Don't know what's up with the Stingah, Amanda. I've been meaning to get a mirror in front of his face to see if he can fog it.

I can only assume his girlfriend Becky is keeping him occupied ;)

OK, may as well give away the game with a story...so, back in 1997, I was living in Appleton and desperate for something resembling big-city radio. So, I found myself listening to Charlie Sykes on WTMJ out of Milwaukee. The topic was bad songs. I had heard the song a few times, and several more on a commercial for some cheeseball 70s compilation CD. So, I decide to call in and see if it had been mentioned. I got the producer, said the name of the song, and he put me in the queue immediately...that's right, I actually got on the air and said the name of the song to Sykes. He actually cringed on the air upon hearing it.

The song that made Charles Sykes cringe..."Chevy Van!!!" My God, that song is terrible.
