I don't know that he's dumb, though. Did you see the article linked? It appears that, from high school to now, nobody has ever really held him accountable for what he's done. And so he not surprisingly.....got the idea that he could get away with about anything.
Like, according to a former Bears coach, dozens or hundreds of players he's worked with.
