Maybe we shouldn't be so concerned about Death Panels after all since they seem to have little effect - at least on the apparatus of government. <br /><br />Supposedly it will stop terrorists, but evidence to date suggests that the government, even with actionable intelligence, doesn't act against our nation's enemies.
