The cul de sac of love
President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama have a packed social schedule this week, with two major galas and a reception for college athletes.
Ahem. Your ODS is showing.Rich
Your ODS is showing.Assuming facts not in evidence, good sir. You don't know if I was smiling or grimacing when I wrote that, now do you? ;)
Hey, it's better when Obama is relaxing than when he's working. :^)I'll bite, though. The guy always has time for parties; for his job, not so much. Remember when it came out that he hadn't as much as talked with our general in Afghanistan in many months--despite this being a centerpiece of his campaign? I'm glad he's not messing things up, but his work ethic speaks volumes.
Don't sell him short. He still finds time enough to mess up plenty of things.
I'm with Bike Bubba - the more leisure time our president has the better off we are. I'm concerned with his efficiency, though; I think Pres. Obama is like me when it comes to construction projects around the house: I can get done in half a day what it takes two men working all day to un-do.Of course, there's also that phrase my daughter is so fond of: "I'm not evil, just efficient."
I laughed when I read the article, the "Wayne's World, party time, excellent, Woo-Ooo-Woo-Ooo-Woo-Ooo" playing in my head.
