Scott Adams usually skewers corporate folly in Dilbert. But there's folly everywhere and Dogbert calls it out, as always.

It's an excellent question. But the answer is this -- they can. And because they are going to remake the entire U.S. economy, they certainly are entitled to their addled Star Chambers, too. They have to kill off those kulaks for ya.
