Generally I find Steve Sack's editorial cartoons in the Star Tribune quite tiresome, but this one seems quite true.

Thanks for the links. I have heard that about Afghanistan, and Countries that are in economic situations like that before. The more that I hear about Souter's Replacement, the less I feel like she should be granted that position. Then I think about the fact that she is replacing Souter, and I feel that she is not that much worse, or better. I try to stay away from Youtube, and the 'toons were amusing.
