Time for the Secret Service to visit her, the "artist", and their employer(s) to remind them that life can get very interesting if they are seen as threatening the President, or encouraging others to do so.
Come to think of it, if an ex-girlfriend of mine did this kind of "art" about me, I'd seriously think about a protective order myself. Thankfully I didn't date much before Mrs. Bubba.
