It was a fine day all around for our intrepid Brewers, as the lads started fast and kept it going all game long, cruising to a 23-9 win over the Braves this afternoon at sunny Perry Park in Arden Hills. All 10 guys had it going and Ben was no exception, scoring twice and stealing three bases from the leadoff position. By far our best game so far.
The win brings the record to 1-2 on the young season. The Brew Crew will be in action twice this week. The first game will be on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Wilson Park in Shoreview against the Mariners, and the second will be Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Sitzer Park in Shoreview against the Giants.
