I don't know if this is contrived or not, but it's a wonderful "controversy" for Obama to stumble into. He is for regular, mainstream values like fathers staying with their families and for children learning to read instead of playing video games. If he was actually serious then Jesse Jackson is an even bigger ignoramus than I thought. And that's saying something.

So the woman who came closer to the presidency than any other and the primary face of the civil rights movement for the last 40 years are the equivalent of two backbencher Republican perverts?
i want to add: there is another reason why jesse is pissed at O. O had dissed him personally by refering to black men who father babies out of wedlock and play no role in the child's life.
