Or, like me, when reading the StarTribune's political coverage - assume the opposite of what is reported is closer to the truth.

political journalism died when Obama declared his intent to run for president. When Trump came down the escalator, they saw no reason to pretend anymore.

It's not just since Obama, Gino. I was six weeks away from getting my degree in Journalism back in the 70s, and I was ready to chuck it then. I made it through and got the diploma, and it at least helped me get a job in a field where I only have to deal with "the media" on rare occasions now.
