Just a reminder

It doesn't matter whether or not Tammy Baldwin calls in Eric Holder to investigate the Wisconsin Supreme Court election results. Nor does it matter if the Democrats lean on Ramona Kitzinger, the Waukesha County election official, to recant what she said on Thursday.

The votes were in all along. They were contemporaneously reported here. The votes will count. In fact, they have to count, unless you'd recommend disenfranchising an entire city.

all it takes is a judge.

Not to invalidate 14,000 votes, Gino. Won't happen.

a judge is all powerful. if they can nullify/add 300 last year (Franken?), its only a matter of time...

all they need is a remotely plausible excuse to do whatever they want.

dont ya love checks and balances?

In truth the Democrats should be mad at their lap dog the Associated Press. By not reporting correct numbers, they weren't provided with the correct information that they needed to properly cook the books using Dane & Milwaukee Counties.

Milwaukee County has not officially posted their canvass numbers and it has been indicated that this won't happen until Wednesday. Until those numbers are posted, don't believe that anything isn't possible. Why it takes them 8 days when everyone else can post their numbers in a week (except Trempeleau County) sure makes one supicious.

That is a concern, but there are Republicans on the canvassing board there so it's unlikely the numbers will move enough to put Prosser's lead at risk. More likely is that they'll "find" enough votes to ensure Kloppenburg doesn't have to pay for the recount.

You are correct about the AP part -- and you are correct about the reason the Dems are mad.
