Now that Adrian Peterson's future with the Vikings appears to be problematic, there's another issue that needs to be addressed. As we've all seen, the artist renderings of the new stadium have prominently featured Peterson in a heroic stance:

Da Bears tried to do that image with the new Soldier's Field, but made the mistake of using William Perry for the image. Not surprisingly, and thankfully, it collapsed.
Much better to use an image of an actual Viking. Their moral behavior wasn't anything to write home about, but at least there aren't any skeletons in the closet.
Given the problems people are having with domestic violence in the NFL, may I suggest a real Viking dragging off a slave girl by the hair? :^)
